In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qt777 website accessible at https://qt777.lat, including all subpages, products, services, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "qt777" or "we" or "us" means the operating entity behind the qt777 Platform and all its products.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the qt777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the qt777 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the IDR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, representing funds available for betting and gaming on the Platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player through the qt777 sportsbook or any other betting product available on the Platform.
• "Game" means any casino, live dealer, slot, card game, or other gaming product accessible through the Platform, whether provided directly by qt777 or by a third-party studio partner.

• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which the qt777 Wallet is denominated and in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform-related time references unless stated otherwise.
• "These Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by qt777 in accordance with Clause 12.

To register and maintain an active Account on the qt777 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be an individual natural person (not a legal entity, corporation, or trust).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. Players in jurisdictions where the minimum legal gambling age exceeds 21 must comply with their local minimum age.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of qt777 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment processing partners, unless qt777 has provided express written consent.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

Qt777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the lifecycle of an Account and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements. Where an Account is closed for eligibility reasons, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the Account Wallet at the time of closure may be returned to the Player through the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, at qt777's reasonable discretion, following satisfactory KYC verification.

3.1 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must complete the qt777 registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide a valid email address, a username of your choice, and a secure password. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is strictly permitted to hold only one Account on the qt777 Platform. One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is the operative rule. Where multiple Accounts are identified — including accounts registered to different email addresses or usernames — qt777 will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its discretion, void any wins and cancel any bonuses associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qt777 customer support immediately via live chat. Qt777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. Qt777 may request supporting documentation at any stage — including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (national identity card or passport), a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by qt777 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3.5 Account Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting qt777 customer support via live chat. Qt777 will process closure requests promptly. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of the closure request will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC verification and in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Clause 4.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Qt777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Qt777 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Qt777 reserves the right to adjust these minimums with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to the Account Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited within 3 to 5 minutes during automated processing hours. Qt777 operates automated deposit confirmation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by qt777 as follows: e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of the request being approved; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high transaction volume or where additional KYC review is required. Qt777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times but endeavours to process all requests as expeditiously as possible.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed the applicable wagering requirement for any active bonus before the bonus-funded portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• The Account must not be under active KYC review or security investigation.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless qt777 approves an alternative in writing.
• Qt777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests that exceed a value of Rp 10.000.000 or where the Account's activity pattern triggers qt777's risk management procedures.

4.6 Fees. Qt777 does not charge platform-side deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which qt777 accepts no liability.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by qt777 are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. The specific terms for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion description accessible from the qt777 promotions hub within your Account dashboard after login.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money. Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept in separate balances; real-money funds are wagered first. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Qt777 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and, in serious cases, permanent Account closure:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple Accounts (including Accounts registered to family members or associates at the same household) to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome while clearing wagering requirements.
• Using automated software to place bets for the purpose of bonus clearing.
• Making deposits that are withdrawn immediately after a bonus is credited, without genuine gameplay.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions. Qt777 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and sporting occasions, including but not limited to BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia international matches, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are governed by their own specific terms and are available only to eligible registered Players during the stated promotional period.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. Qt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require, including but not limited to where a promotion is found to be subject to exploitation or technical error.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the qt777 sportsbook are accepted subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Qt777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subject to evident error in the odds, suspended markets, or events cancelled or postponed under circumstances covered by the relevant sport's governing rules. Settlement of bets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the BRI Liga 1 match result as declared by PSSI, the EPL result as declared by the Premier League, or the Champions League result as declared by UEFA).

6.2 Live In-Play Betting. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted in real time and are subject to the qt777 in-play betting rules specific to each sport. Qt777 uses live data feeds to generate in-play odds. In the event of a data feed interruption or error, qt777 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets and, where necessary, void bets placed during the affected period.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino and live casino games available through qt777 Casino are provided by certified third-party studio partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Asia Gaming, and Ezugi) and are governed by the rules specific to each game, which are accessible from within the game interface. 6.4 Slots. 6.5 Maximum Winnings. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qt777 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and may forfeit any balance held in their Account Wallet:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, or other non-human interaction methods.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting product for financial gain. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to qt777 customer support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using or attempting to use any unfair advantage, including but not limited to card counting strategies where prohibited, hole-carding, or coordinated play with other players to the detriment of the Platform.
• Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of any unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Chargebacking a deposit to your bank or e-wallet provider after the deposited funds have been used for betting or gaming on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qt777 staff, live dealer personnel, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's Account without their authorisation.

8.1 Age Restriction. Qt777 is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Any Player who is found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and any deposits made will be returned. Qt777 will not honour any winnings generated by an underage player.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limits. Every registered Player may set the following self-imposed limits from the Account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into the Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be lost across betting and gaming activity.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders or hard stops after a specified number of hours in a single gaming session.

Requests to tighten any of these limits take effect immediately. Requests to relax or remove a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.

8.3 Cool-Off and Self-Exclusion. Players may request a temporary cool-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion via the Account settings panel or by contacting qt777 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be fully suspended and no login, deposit, or betting activity will be possible. Qt777 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players during their exclusion period.

All content on the qt777 Platform, including but not limited to the qt777 name and logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, software code, and game content supplied under licence from studio partners, is the intellectual property of qt777 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of qt777.

Qt777's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the qt777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Qt777 collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, provide customer support, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Qt777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for Platform operation (e.g., game studio partners, payment processors) or where required by applicable law.

11.1 The qt777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qt777 invests significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, qt777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qt777 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of betting opportunity due to Platform downtime, loss of data, or any other financial loss beyond the amount deposited by you and available in your Wallet at the time of the relevant event.

11.3 Qt777 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, data transmission errors, or interruptions in internet connectivity that are beyond qt777's reasonable control, including failures attributable to your internet service provider or device.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes qt777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Qt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, qt777 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect. For minor or clarificatory amendments, qt777 may update these Terms immediately and post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which qt777's operating entity is incorporated and licensed.

Qt777 is an internationally operated platform. The Platform is made available to Players in Indonesia on the basis that Players satisfy themselves that their access and use of the Platform is consistent with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence. Qt777 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those expressly supported.

Any dispute between you and qt777 that cannot be resolved informally through qt777's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution selected by qt777, with proceedings conducted in English.
